Stud that goes into the cylinder head to mount the exhaust manifold and turbocharger. The replacement studs sold by VW are a few millimeters too short so we recommend these studs with some extra length that can be more easily used with the exhaust manifold.

This stud fits Volkswagen Golf, Jetta and New Beetle TDI 1999-2005 with the ALH and the BEW engine, the 2005.5-2006 Volkswagen Jetta TDI with the BRM engine, as well as the Volkswagen Jetta TDI with the clean diesel, 2009+. Also fits earlier model Volkswagen Passat TDI and Jetta TDI with the AHU and 1Z engines as well as the 2005-2006 Passat TDI on the B5.5 chassis with the BHW engine.
