What our customers say...

These are perfect for your swing axle. These are easy to install without removing the entire swing axle. All you need to do is chock the front wheels, raise the back of the vehicle on jackstands, pop off the abs cable grommets, unsnap the ebrake cable under the swing arm bushing, remove brake line u clip on body mounting ear and passenger brake line bolt flange, remove the bushing bolt, push the swi g arm down with a scissor jack between the body and swing arm and remove and install the new bushing. The bushing should be clocked so the lower slot or ear is placed 7mm forward from the 6 pm position. You will need to a piece of threaded rod or grind down the unthreaded portion of the rear axle bushing kit along with and additional spacer to fully seat the bushing flange. Raise the beam back in place with a floor jack and use a cargo strap tied through the front tire and around the swing arm to line up the bolt hole and body mount. Torque to spec after car is on the ground. The most difficult portion of the job was removing the old bushing. I wish I\'d parts would post the cupra r bushing position diagram on the website to prevent installing them in the wrong orientation. The position is very different than the oem axle weld indexing traditionally used in the Bently manual...

Look great! Haven\'t installed yet but they came as advertised. Don\'t forget the new bolt and nut!

Not the easiest thing to get installed, but a worthwhile upgrade to the stock (esp. original)
